Anne of Cleves marries King Henry VIII at the Royal Palace of Placentia in Greenwich. She would be his 4th wife and queen. He is troubled by the marriage and in looking to appease the King, Anne agrees to a divorce. His only cordial one, he honors he with an estate of her own and is thereafter referred to as the King’s sister. She would out-live Henry and all of his other wives.
