I have mentioned these before. Since I have found this recipe I have made them a handful of times, most recently for cookie day at work. And oh boy! were they a hit! I think they just might have been more popular than scotcharoos! The recipe does have a number of different steps, but once you get in the baking groove, you’ll do fine. Granola bars are hard to mess up. The key lies in knowing when to pull them out of the oven.
